Who We AreErik G. Hector Principal Email: ehector@keystoneconsulting.us Born into a family of builders and developers from Pensacola, Florida, Erik expanded his horizons and augmented his experiences with extensive education and multi-faceted real estate training. After graduating from Florida State University, Erik earned a variety of professional designations. After his employment with an international accounting firm and Bank of New England, Erik founded Keystone Consulting Group in Massachusetts during 1991. With the help of his partners, Erik expanded Keystone by opening offices throughout the United States and Europe. During a brief period away from consulting, Erik served as a Development Officer for DeBartolo Development. Keystone maintains a strategic alliance with DeBartolo in the areas of development and consulting. Experience gained through development with such an iconic brand has provided Keystone with a unique ability to provide a level of services not easily found among consulting firms. Experiences Erik gained from both success and failure provide clients an opportunity to avoid costly mistakes and insight into creative development, ownership, and financial structures. Gilder L. Whitlock Principal Email: gwhitlock@keystoneconsulting.us Gilder L. Whitlock brings over 30 years of appraisal experience and knowledge to Keystone Consulting Group. Gil is responsible for management of the Virginia office. His primary responsibilities include valuation of all property types, with a specialization in golf courses and environmentally sensitive lands. Gil received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Real Estate Land Use Economics from University of Nebraska at Omaha in 1976. In 1980, he received a Master of Business Administration from Stetson University. In addition to his significant experience, Mr. Whitlock is a USPAP Certified Instructor and currently teaches at an area college. Stephen M. Dylag Principal Email: sdylag@keystonene.com Stephen M. Dylag joined Keystone Consulting Group in 1992. Steve was named manager of the Keystone Consulting Group Massachusetts office in 1994, and became Principal and owner of the New England office in 1995. Steve graduated from Trinity College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. In addition, he earned a Master of Business Administration from Columbia University Graduate School of Business. Prior to joining Keystone, Steve was Team Leader and Assistant Vice President of the commercial real estate appraisal group at Fleet National Bank in Boston, Massachusetts, and Appraisal Manager and Real Estate Analyst at Old Stone Bank in Providence, Rhode Island. His primary areas of appraisal expertise include office, retail, affordable housing, apartments, residential sell-out projects, mixed-use and adaptive re-use mixed-use projects, and market feasibility studies. Clients include institutional lenders, non-profit housing authorities, state and federal public agencies, national and regional developers, and other private property owners. Recent projects Steve has worked on include One Citizens Plaza, the corporate headquarters of Citizens Financial Group, and American Locomotive Works, a $300+ million dollar mixed-use project on 17± acres in Providence, Rhode Island. Jonathan D. Chapman Principal Email: jchapman@keystone-online.com Jonathan D. Chapman, MAI, joined Keystone Consulting Group in January 1994. Jonathan is a designated member of the Appraisal Institute and is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina. He graduated from Florida State University, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Real Estate. Jonathan joined Keystone after working in multifamily management and residential brokerage. Jonathan is responsible for management of the North Carolina office. While being responsible for new assignments and customer relations, Jonathan also reviews reports and monitors quality control. Jonathan’s assignments have been significantly varied ranging from single family homes to regional malls and high-rise office buildings. Bryan A. Henderson Principal Email: bhenderson@keystoneconsulting.us Bryan A. Henderson joined Keystone Consulting Group in August 1995. He graduated from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics. In June 2002, he became managing member in the Atlanta, Georgia office of Keystone Consulting Group. Bryan is responsible for management of the Georgia office. Bryan has performed all aspects of real estate appraisal, market analyses, and feasibility analyses for properties located throughout the United States. Although he has experience with many types of commercial and residential properties, his areas of concentration primarily include office buildings, multifamily properties, lodging facilities, retail centers, industrial buildings, and subdivisions. Mark Pace Principal Email: MPace@KeystoneConsulting.US Mark Pace brings over 20 years of appraisal, appraisal review and consulting experience to Keystone Consulting Group. He specializes in apartment projects, hotels, warehouses, special use properties and all types of residential properties. Mark is based in Miami and is a primary contact and reviewer for most of Keystone’s assignments in south Florida, Central and South America and the Caribbean. Prior to joining Keystone, Mark was a Senior Appraiser at Pardue, Heid, Church, Smith and Waller of Tampa, FL. He also spent 5 years as a review appraiser for RECOLL Management/Fleet Financial Group in Boston and was responsible for the valuation of portfolios of hotels, apartments, warehouses and special use properties. Mark graduated from the University of South Florida in 1985 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance. He is a designated member of the Appraisal Institute since 1989 and is a Marshall & Swift certified trained appraiser. Mark is a member of the FHA Appraiser Roster and also speaks Spanish. |
